Sam Chhoeun aka Pheng, secretary of regiment 12, division 310, confessed that Ul, secretary of battalion, division 920, received a traitorous plan from Khuon rapidly to appoint [hideen network] as the party members, to equip them with guns, and to prepare foodstuff in order to get ready to fight to get the revolutionary authority, and to spy on revolutionary combatants.
