កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
A source reported that on December 10, 1971, about 300 Khmer Viet Congs departed from Kampong Kong commune, Koh Thom district at WT 091-315 and stayed Toek Vel commune, Sa Ang district at WT 004-493 by crossing Koh Khel Dock. The source added that 200 others came to settle in Andaung village, Toek Vel commune at UT 968-483.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់មកថា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១០ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ខ្មែរយៀក កុងចំនួន៣០០នាក់ បានធ្វើដំណើរពីឃុំកំពង់កុង ស្រុកកោះធំ ត្រង់ ឌុបដឺវ៉េ ០៩១-៣១៥ មកស្នាក់នៅក្នុងឃុំទឹកវិល ស្រុកស្អាង ត្រង់ឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ០០៤-៤៩៣ ដោយឆ្លងកាត់កំពង់ដរកោះខែល។ ប្រភពបានបន្ថែមទៀតថា ខ្មែរយៀកកុងចំនួន២០០នាក់ទៀត បានមក នៅភូមិអណ្ដូង ឃុំទឹកវិល ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៩៦៨-៤៨៣។
