A source reported that on June 27, 1973, about 100 Khmer Rebel Armed Forces came to stay in Pum's house which was located in Dam Bang Forest in Northeast part of Ta Dao village at VT 995-780, Sarinka Keo commune, Lvea Em district, Vihear Suo. The source added that the enemies planned to gathered the local people from Sarinka Keo region so that it would be easy to set up an artillery position and deploy along Tonle Mekong.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់មកថា ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរ -ឧទ្ទាមប្រហែលជា១០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធគ្រប់ដៃបានចូលមក ស្នាក់នៅក្នុងផ្ទះអ្នកស្រុកឈ្មោះ ពុំ ស្ថិតនៅក្នុងព្រៃដំបងខាងកើត ឈៀងខាងជើងភូមិតាដោ ត្រង់វ៉េតេ ៩៩៥-៧៨០ ក្នុងឃុំសារិនកា-កែវ ស្រុកល្វាឯម, វិហារសួគ៌។ ប្រភបបានបន្ថែមថា ខ្មាំងនេះមាន គោលបំណងនឹងគៀរអ្នកស្រុកនៅតំបន់សារិនកាកែវ ឱ្យអស់ដើម្បីងាយ ក្នុងការតាំងកាំភ្លើងធំ ព្រមទាំងវាយទ័ពនៅតាមមាត់ទនេ្លមេគង្គទៀតផង។
