Sam Chhoeun aka Pheng, secretary of regiment 12, division 310, confessed that Chheang, secretary of regiment, Otdar Meanchey, received the plot from Chhuon to build up traitorous forces in order to destroy the Angkar's enemy fighting plan and persuade solders to flee from their unit.
សំ ឈឿន ហៅ ផេង លេខាវរសេនាធំ ១២ កងពល ៣១០ បាន ឆ្លើយសារភាពពី ឈាង លេខាវរសេនាធំ ខេត្ដឧត្ដរមានជ័យថាៈបាន ទទួលផែនការពី ឈួន កសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់ បំផ្លាញផែនការវាយខ្មាំង របស់អង្គភាព និងបំផុសកងទ័ពអោយរត់ចោលជួរ។
