A source reported that on June 25, 1973. Khmer Rebel Armed Forces gathered many ox-carts from people to transport ammunition to hide and supply to Enemies Armed Forces who were hiding in suburb of Kampong Speu provincial twon and planning to attack Kampong Speu province a short time later.
ប្រភពផ្ដល់មកថា កាលពីថ្ងៃ២៥ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាម -
បានកេណ្ឌរទេះគោប្រជាពលរដ្ឋជាច្រើនគ្រឿង ដើម្បីដឹកជញ្ជូនឡាំង គ្រាប់រំសេវយកទៅលាក់ទុក ដើម្បីយកផ្ដល់ទៅឱ្យកងទ័ពខ្មាំងដែលត្រៀម លាក់ខ្លួននៅជាយក្រុងកំពង់ស្ពឺ ពិសេសក្នុងគោលបំណងវាយប្រហារ ក្រុងកំពង់ស្ពឺ នៅពេលខាងមុខ។
