Sam Chhoeun aka Pheng, secretary of regiment 12, division 310, confessed that Em, secretary of regiment, division 450, received a traitorous plan from Khuon rapidly to nominate [hidden network] as candidate party members, and equipped them with guns. Moreover, in order to take over the power from the revolution; after, they had been completely nominated as candidate party members, were assigned to collect foodstuff for being ready to fight to get the revolutionary authority. Moreover, Khuon assigned Em to hide in the revolutionary line in order to convince combatants to rebel against the revolution.
សំ ឈឿន ហៅ ផេង លេខាវរសេនាធំ ១២ កងពល ៣១០ បាន ឆ្លើយថា អែមបានចូលរួមទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពី ឃួនអោយសំរុក បញ្ចូលសម្ព័ន្ធ-បក្សបំពាក់អាវុធស្បៀងត្រៀម ជាសេ្រចដើម្បីផ្ទុះ អាវុធដណ្ដើមរដ្ឋអំណាចពីបដិវត្ដ ចាត់តាំងបញ្ចូលបក្សពលករ និងបង្កប់ខ្លួនក្នុងជួរបដិវត្ដនិងអប់រំយុទ្ធជនអោយមានគោលជំហរ ត្រៀមធ្វើសង្គ្រោមវាយបដិវត្ដ។
