A source reported that on December 21, 1971, about 150 North Yuon Viet Cong and Khmer Viet Cong came to set shelters in Southern Kngaok village at VT 742-680, 742-683, 746-683 and 746-680, Boeng Thom commune, Ang Snuol district, Kandal province.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់មកថា កាលពីថ្ងៃ២១ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ យៀកកុងយួន ខាងជើង និងខ្មែរយៀកកុងចំនួនប្រហែល១៥០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយ អាវុធគ្រប់ដៃ បានមកតាំងជម្រកនៅខាងត្បូងភូមិក្ងោក ក្នុងចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៧៤២-៦៨០, ៧៤២-៦៨៣, ៧៤៦-៦៨៣ និង៧៤៦-៦៨០ ក្នុងឃុំបឹងធំ ស្រុកអង្គស្នួល ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។
