A source reported that North Vietnamese and Khmer Viet Cong troop had sent secretly agents to enter Phnom Penh and Kandal province, in order to contact their network for changing Para uniforms and B-40 and M-79 bullets.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់មកថា ពួកយៀកកុងយួនខាងជើង និងខ្មែរយៀកកុង -បានបញ្ជូនភ្នាក់ងារសម្ងាត់ ឱ្យមកទាក់ទងប្ដូរសម្លៀកបំពាក់សណា្ឋានប៉ារ៉ា គ្រាប់កាំភ្លើងបេ-៤០ និងគ្រាប់កាំភ្លើងសេវ៉ែនធីណាយ។ -ប្រភពបានបន្ថែមទៀតថា ខ្មាំងបានចាត់ភ្នាក់ងារសម្ងាត់ឱ្យចូលប្ដូរនៅ ទីក្រុងភ្នំពេញ និងខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។
