On March 15, 1973, around 500 Khmer Viet Cong soldiers in black uniforms armed with PM-AC guns, mortars and Baska guns hid at WT 205-670 and WT 213-670 along the edge of Prek Pra Khmer Channel and in front of Boeng Krum pagoda in Lvea Sar sub-district, Lvea Em district, Vihea Suor province and attempted to destroy national armed force base in Lvea Em district office. On the other hand, they wanted to occupy Mekong river and raid on the national marine troops who transported food stuffs along this river.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរយៀកកុងចំនួនប្រហែល ៥០០នាក់ ស្លៀកពាក់ខ្មៅប្រដាប់អាវុធប៉េអ៊ឹម-អាសេ, បាហ្សកា និង កាំភើ្លងត្បាល់បានចូលមកបង្កប់ខ្លួនរាយបណ្ដាក់គ្នាជាក្រុមៗនៅតាម មាត់ព្រែកប្រាខ្មែរ និងនៅមុខវត្ដបឹងគ្រុំក្រោមម្ដុំព្រៃក្រាស ឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ២០៥-៦៧០ និងឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ២១៣-៦៧០ ក្នុងសង្កាត់ ល្វាសរ ស្រុកល្វាឯម ខេត្ដវិហារសួគ៌។ ពួកខ្មាំងនេះបម្រុងកមេ្ទចទីតាំង កងការពារជាតិនៅសាលាស្រុកល្វាឯម ជាពិសេសពួកខ្មាំងចង់កាន់កាប់តាមដងទនេ្លមេគង្គ ដើម្បីកុំឱ្យកងម៉ារីន និងនាវាដឹកទំនិញធើ្វដំណើរ ចុះឡើងបាន។
