On July 27, 1971, 35 Khmer Viet cong and Viet Cong soldiers equipped with a variety of guns, PM-AC, 40 M-1 and AC, set up shelters in Roluos village at VT 515-525, in Krang Ampel, Samrong Tong district, Kampong Speu province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ខ្មែរយៀកកុង និងយួនយៀកកុងចំនួន៣៥នាក់ មានអាវុធប៉េអ៊ឹម-អាសេ ចំនួន១០ដើម, ៤០អ៊ឹម១ចំនួន១៥ដើម និងកាំភើ្លងដៃអា-សេ ចំនួន១០ដើមបានចូលមកតាំង ជម្រកនៅភូមិរលួស ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេៈ៥១៥-៥២៥ ក្នុងឃុំក្រាំងអំពិល ស្រុកសំរោងទង់ ខេត្ដកំពង់សឺ្ព។
