On July 18, 1971, Capitain Sam Heang, Chief of the Second Bureau of Infantry Brigade 4 and 1st Lieutenant Huot Khem, interogated Ngvieng Yang Sa, 47 years old, living in Prek Neak Loeung village, Prek Neak Loeung sub-district, Peam Ro district, Prey Veng province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៨ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ នៅចំពោះមុខអនុសេនីយ៍ឯក សំ ហ៊ាង នាយការិយាល័យទី២ កងពលតូចថ្មើរជើងទី៤ ដោយមាន អនុសេនីយ៍ទោ ហួត ខែម បានសួរកត់ចម្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ង្វៀង យុាំងសា អាយុ៤៧ឆ្នាំ នៅភូមិព្រែកអ្នកលឿង សង្កាត់ព្រែកអ្នក លឿង ស្រុកពាមរក៍ ខេត្ដព្រៃវែង។
