The pre-coup activities of Kok Meng Taing took control of propaganda school advising youth and students to stage revolution in Vietnam. Besides, the network of Kok Meng Taing aka CIA carried on with activities of ethnic Chinese. In the document, a number of ethnic Chinese conducting activities within the network of Kok Meng Taing infiltrated into the revolutionary lines.
សកម្មភាពរបស់បក្សពួកកុក ម៉េងតាំងគឺមុនរដ្ឋប្រហារពួកនេះក្ដាប់ សាលាឃោសនាណែនាំយុវជន សិស្សឱ្យទៅធ្វើបដិវត្ដនៅ ប្រទេសយួន។ ក្រៅពីនេះខ្សែកុក ម៉េងតាំងឬហៅសេអ៊ីអាបាន បន្ដធ្វើសកម្មភាពក្នុងចំណោមអាណិកជនចិន។ នៅក្នុងឯកសារ មានរាយឈ្មោះអាណិកជនចិនមួយចំនួនដែលបានធ្វើសកម្មភាព ក្នុងខ្សែកុក ម៉េងតាំង ធ្វើសកម្មភាពបង្កប់ខ្លួនក្នុងជួរបដិវត្ដន៍។
