On April 17, 1970, Has Sokha, born in ៈ4 sub-district, Phnom Penh, voluntarily served in the National Army, as a private-trainee in Military Police Unit.
ឈ្មោះ ហាស់ សុខា នៅឃុំលេខ៤ ក្រុងភ្នំពេញ បានស្ម័គ្រចិត្ដ ចូលបម្រើក្នុងកងយោធពលខេមរជាតិ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៧ មេសា ១៩៧០ ដោយមានមុខនាទីជាសិស្សនាយទោតម្រួតយោធា។
