Comrade Teanh, wrote a letter to comrate Khiev, and Tum, about the report of comrade Meav, Chinese embassy. He said that in late June, militaryequipment, about 1,000 tons, will be transported to Kampong Saom by ship. And this equipment is in the agreement of party and people of both countries, Cambodia-China.Two C123 planes were repaired and they will test the flight on 15 June, 1976, in Kampong Chhnang including Tut Sun Hav and Teng Chhun Sang from China. They will take the plsne from pochen Tong to Kampong Chhnang to watch the test and will be back in the everning.
ស.ម ទាញបានសរសេរលិខិតឱ្យស.ម ខៀវ និងស.ម ទុំ រាយការណ៍ ពីស.ម សេរានិព័ន្ធ នៅស្ថាទូតចិនឈ្មោះស.ម មៀវ បានផ្ដល់ដំណឹង ថាៈ នៅចុងខែមិថុនានេះ សម្ភារយោធា និងដឹកតាមកប៉ាល់មក កំពង់សោម មានទម្ងន់ប្រហែល១,០០០តោន។ សម្ភារទាំងនេះមាន នៅក្នុងកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងបក្ស និងប្រជាជនទាំងពីរ កម្ពុជា-ចិន។ បាន ជួសជុលយន្ដហោះធុនសេ ១២៣ (២គ្រឿង)។ ហើយយន្ដហោះនេះ និងសាកល្បង ហោះហើរនៅថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ នេះនៅកំពង់ឆ្នាំង។ ខាងចិនរួមសាកល្បងមាន៖ ទូតស៊ុនហាវ និងតឹងឃុនសាង។ ខាងចិន ចេញទៅមើលដោយជិះយន្ដហោះពី ពោធិ៍ចិនតុង ទៅកំពង់ឆ្នាំង, ល្ងាចត្រឡប់មកវិញ។
