Comrade Pork, sent a telegram to Brother Pol, reporting on enemies, publics and agricultural production situation in the North Zone. The situation in the North was not harmful to the production process. The activities occured only in Chamkar Leu district in which the enemies experienced soldiers combined with Muslim and the former cooperative chiefs fought against Angkar's plans, and they gave idea to local people about the starvation. They also burnt forest and plants. However, the zone's authorities had already taken measure and captured them.
