Lim Kim Heng was a member of royal police in Kampong Yol post. In 1970, during the attack in Kampong Yol, Kim Heng was captured and indoctrinated that the war was to seize territory for Siohanouk. Later the person asked permmission from Vietcong to visit relative in Sa-Ang district. The person disguished himself as inhabitant and went to get rice in Sa-Ang district. Then the person surrendered himself to chief of district and then was transferred to special military zone.
លឹម គឹមហេង ជាកងរាជតម្រួតប្រចាំប៉ុស្ដិកំពង់យោល។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ ពេលមានការវាយប្រហារនៅកំពង់យោល លឹម គឹមហេង ត្រូវបាន ពួកយៀកកុងចាប់យកទៅ ហើយឃោសនាអប់រំថាចម្បាំងធ្វើដើម្បីយកដី ឱ្យសីហនុ។ ក្រោយមកសាម៉ីខ្លួនបានសុំច្បាប់ មេយៀកកុងមកលេងបងប្អូន នៅស្រុកស្អាង។ សាម៉ីខ្លួនបានបន្លំខ្លួន ជាមួយអ្នកស្រុកបើកអង្ករចូលមក ស្រុកស្អាង ហើយក៍រាយការណ៍ឱ្យចៅហ្វាយស្រុករួចក៏បព្ជាូនសាម៉ីខ្លនួមក យោធភូមិភាគពិសេសតែម្ដង។
