On September-15-1973, some Khmer Rebels came to settle down in Tboung Damrei, Kampong Prang, Prey Dambang village, Vihear Sour province. the enemy also built hospital and military strategy training center in Sva Taong and Sambo Meas village. Despite the bombardown made by national airforce in that region, the enemy still had their Headquater there. The enemy patroled from Boeng Veal Samnap to Takab village, which is located along Tonle Tauchbanh.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ១៥-កញ្ញា-១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមមួយចំនួនបានមកតាំងទីជម្រក នៅភូមិត្បូងដំរី, ភូមិកំពង់ប្រាំង និងភូមិព្រៃដំបង ក្នុងខេត្ដវិហារសួគ៌។ ពិសេសទៅទៀតខ្មាំងបានសង់មន្ទីរពេទ្យ និងមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលហ្វិកហ្វឺនក្បួន យុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រនៅភូមិស្វាតោង និងភូមិសំបួរ។ ពិតមែនតែមានការ ទម្លាក់គ្រាប់បែកយ៉ាងខ្លាំងពីសំណាក់កងទ័ពអាកាសយើងនៅលើតំបន់ នោះយ៉ាងណាក៏ដោយក៏ខ្មាំងនៅតែតាំងទីបញ្ជាការនៅដដែល។ ខ្មាំងបានធ្វើចលនាពាសពេញភូមិចាប់តាំងពីបឹងវាលសំណាប រហូតដល់ភូមិតាកាបនៅតាមបណ្ដោយមាត់ទនេ្លតូច។
