Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
On March 16, 1971 battalion 237 arrested March 16, 1971, 5 Khmer soldiers in Kandal Stung district, Kandal province, allegedly for deserting their ranks. The five soldiers were Im Tum, Khiev Sun, Hem Ton, Long Savoeun, and Chum Savin. They all reported that they did not intend to desert, but during their taking leave to Kantaot village, they were detained by Vietcong and were not allowed to go back, otherwise, their parents would be killed.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៦-មីនា-១៩៧១ កងវរសេនាតូចលេខ២៣៧ បានចាប់ ជនជាតិខ្មែរ៥នាក់ នៅស្រុកកណ្ដាលស្ទឹង ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល ពីបទរត់ចោល អង្គភាពរបស់ខ្លួន។ អ្នកទាំងនោះមានឈ្មោះ អ៊ឹម ទុំ, ខៀវ ស៊ុន, ហែម តុន, ឡុង សាវឿន និង ជុំ សារិន។ ទាហានទាំង៥នាក់បានបញ្ជាក់ថា ខ្លួនពុំមានបំណងរត់ចោលតំណែងឡើយ តែពេលសុំច្បាប់ ទៅផ្ទះនៅភូមិ កណ្ដោត ត្រូវយៀកកុងឃាត់ខ្លួនមិនឱ្យមក ហើយបើហ៊ានមកនឹងសម្លាប់ «ពុកម្ដាយក្រុមគ្រួសារចោល។
