Khmer Rebels sent their men to mingle with the residents in Chheu Teal and Kampong Svay sub-district in order to convince people to escape to their territory. As a aresult, hundred resident femilies fled to Russei Srok village through Champoh Ka Ek, and other 100 families, who lived in Kampong Svay sub-district till Russei Srok village, intended to flee as well as.
ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមបានបញ្ជូនគ្នាវាមកបន្លំរស់នៅជាមួយអ្នកស្រុក នៅសង្កាត់ ឈើទាល និងកំពង់ស្វាយ ដើម្បីឃោសនាបញ្ចុះបញ្ជូលអ្នកស្រុកឱ្យភៀសខ្លួនទៅនៅតំបន់វាកាន់កាប់ ហើយអ្នកស្រុកចំនួន១០០ គ្រួសារ បានភៀសខ្លួនចុះទៅតាមចំពុះក្អែក សំដៅភូមិឫស្សីស្រុក និង ១០០គ្រួសារទៀត នៅសង្កាត់កំពង់ស្វាយ មកទល់ភូមិឫស្សីស្រុក ក៍មានបំណងភៀសខ្លួនចូលតំបន់វាកាន់កាប់ដែរ។
