On September-13-1973, about 120 armed Khmer Rebels forcibly took 4 ox-carts to transport anmmunition from Bati village, Samrong quarter, Ang Snuol district, Kandal province to Phlang and then to Sre Ampil village, Snao quarter, Basit district, Udong Meanchey. The intention of the enemy was to shell the Pochentong Airport and Phnom Penh.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ១៣-កញ្ញា-១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមចំនួនប្រហែល១២០នាក់ ប្រដាប់អាវុធគ្រប់ដៃបានកេណ្ឌរទេះគោអ្នកស្រុកចំនួន៤គ្រឿង ដើម្បីដឹកគ្រាប់ចេញពីភូមិបារី សង្កាត់សំរោងលើ ស្រុកអង្គស្នួល ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល សំដៅមកភូមិផ្លាំងរួចបន្ដដំណើរចូលទៅស្នាក់នៅ ភូមិស្រែអំពិលក្នុងសង្កាត់ស្នោរ ស្រុកបាសិត ឧត្ដុង្គមានជ័យ។ គោលបំណងខ្មាំងប្រុងបាញ់ផ្លោងមកចំណតអាកាសយានដ្ឋានពោធិចិនតុង និងក្រុងភ្នំពេញ។
