On September 2, 1973, about 500 Viet-Cong departed from Prek Sangke to Stung Keo village via the Bokor mountain's side, and headed to the North in attempt to attack national military base in Kampong Tram.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ យួនយៀកកុងប្រហែល៥០០ នាក់ បានធ្វើ ចលនាចេញពីព្រែកសង្កែមកភូមិស្ទឹងកែវ ដោយឆ្លងកាត់ តាមជើងភ្នំបូកគោ ហើយបន្ដដំណើរមកទិសខាងជើងទៀត ក្នុងគោល បំណងប្រុងវាយប្រហារទីតាំងកងការពារជាតិយើងនៅកំពង់ត្រាំ។
