Khmer Rebels built a rice warehouse in Rong Veng village and another one in Dang Tung village. They also built a petrol station in Dang Tung village. Enemy positioned their headquarter and military steategy training center in Prek Sangke. Especially, Khmer rebels in region 37 was under the command of general Srei Sray and deputy commander Sok Phan.
ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមបានសង់ឃ្លាំងសម្រាប់ស្ដុកស្បៀង និងបេ្រងឥន្ទនៈនៅតាម ភូមិនានាដូចជា ឃ្លាំងស្ដុកអង្ករមួយនៅភូមិរោងវែង, ឃ្លាំងមួយទៀត នៅភូមិដងទង់ ព្រមទាំងបេ្រងឥន្ទនៈ។ ខ្មាំងបានតាំងទីមេបញ្ជាការ និងមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលហ្វឹកហ្វឺនក្បួនយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រនៅព្រែកសង្កែ និងជាពិសេស ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមនៅតំបន់៣៧ ក្រោមបញ្ជាការឧត្ដមសេនីយឈ្មោះ ស្រី ស្រាយ និង មេញ្ជាការរងឈ្មោះ ស៊ុក ផន។
