កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Toekhorobida aka Chhay was arrested on March-21-1974 along Achar Sva bolevard. He was an acting chief of a subotage group in Phnom Penh for Kem Ly. He confessed that this sabotage group was under order and control of Chhem who commanded the group to conduct such activities as sabotage and terrorized acts aimed to provoke disorder in Phnom Penh. The group gathered mortar guns to be placed at East of Neak Voan and targeted the guns at General Sosten's house.
តឹកហូរ៉ូប៊ីដា ហៅ ឆាយមេក្រុមវិចេ្ឆទករស្ដីទីជំនួសឈ្មោះកែម លី ប្រចាំរដ្ឋធានីភ្នំពេញត្រូវចាប់ខ្លួនបាននៅផ្លូវអាចារ្យស្វាថ្ងៃ២១-មីនា-១៩៧៤។ សាម៉ីខ្លួនបានឆ្លើយថាក្រុមនេះឋិតនៅក្រោមបព្ជា របស់ឈ្មោះឆែម ដែលបានតម្រូវឱ្យបំពេញបេសកកម្មដូចជា ធ្វើវិចេ្ឆទកម្ម ឬវិទ្ធង្សនាផេ្សងៗក្នុងគោលបំណងធ្វើឱ្យរដ្ឋធានីមានចលាចល។ ក្រុម នេះបាននាំយកកាំភ្លើងត្បាល់ដាក់នៅខាងកើតវត្ដនាគវន្ដហើយបាញ់ សំដៅផ្ទះឧត្ដមសេនីយឯកសុស្ដែន។
