On January-03-1974, national military police arrested 5 vietnamese ethnic, Nguieng Yangdong, Troeng Yangseu, Le Yangseung, Treang Lim, and Hoeung Yangvay, while they were searching for something in garbage place, near Stung Meanchey radio station. They confessed that they were enemies spy and was assigned to spy in Stung Meanchey radio station, in attemp to destroy the place.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ៣-មករា-១៩៧៤កងអាវុធហាត់ជាតិបានចាប់អាណិកជន ជាតិយួន៥នាក់ឈ្មោះង្វៀង យ៉ាំងដុង, ត្រឹង យុាំងស៊ឺ, ឡេ យុាំងសឺង, ទ្រាំងលឹម និង ហឿង យុាំងវ៉ាយ បានកកាយរករបស់នៅកន្លែងចាក់ សំរាមក្បែរវិទ្យុផ្សាយសមេ្លងស្ទឹងមានជ័យ។ សាម៉ីខ្លួនទាំងនេះបាន សារភាពថាពួកគេជាភ្នាក់ងារខ្មាំង ហើយត្រូវមេរបស់វាប្រើឱ្យទៅស៊ើប ការដើម្បីកមេ្ទចស្ថាននីយវិទ្យុផ្សាយសមេ្លងស្ទឹងមានជ័យចោល។
