Duong Sreng earned his living by carrying vegetable to Oreusey market. On January-28-1975, the person was arrested by national troop, in glass factory. The person denied that he had gone to glass factory to pick up Sangke leaf (used as tobacco). According to report see , he did not to go there to pick up Sangke leaf but observe the situation, in attempt to lanch attack.
ដួង សេ្រង ជាអ្នកស៊ីឈ្នួលរុញរទេះនៅផ្សារអូរឫស្សីត្រូវបាន ទាហានជាតិចាប់ខ្លួននៅថ្ងៃ២៨-មករា-១៩៧៥នៅរោងចក្រកែវ។ សាម៉ីខ្លួនបានសារភាពថាខ្លួនបានដើរពីអូរឫស្សីមករោងចក្រកែវ ដើម្បីបេះស្លឹកសង្កែ មូលហេតុខ្លួនទីទ័លក្រពេក។ តាមការរាយការណ៍ ថាសាម៉ីខ្លួនពុំបានបេះស្លឹកសង្កែទេពេលនោះគឺឈរពិនិត្យរោងចក្រ យ៉ាងយកចិត្ដទុកដាក់របៀបពិនិត្យគម្រោងការណ៍ណាមួយមុនពេល វាយប្រហារ។
