Sy Bunna was born in Battambang she was living with older sibling and was arrested on her way to buy flower in the market for not carrying ID card. She did not have ID card because is he could not afford to pay for the card.
ស៊ី ប៊ុណ្ណា មានដើមកំណើតនៅបាត់ដំបង សព្វថ្ងៃនៅជាមួយបង នៅទួលគោក។ ប៊ុណ្ណា ត្រូវបានចាប់ខ្លួននៅពេលសាម៉ីខ្លួន ដើរទៅផ្សារទិញផ្កាហើយពុំបានយកកាតមកជាមួយ។ មូលហេតុនេះសាម៉ីខ្លួនពុំបានយកកាតតាមខ្លួនដោយគ្មានប្រាក់បងកាត។
