Satt He aka Siek, deputy chief of company at Chroy Chang Var state warehouse, implicated Chann aka Bol, deputy chief of platoon at Chroy Chang Var state warehouse. In 1976, Chann and Bol attended to destroy salt and rice through the assignment of Hiek and to steal and give 5 AR-15 to Chhan.
សាត់ ហេ ហៅ ហៀក អនុសេនាធំ ឃ្លាំងរដ្ឋជ្រោយចង្វា ឆ្លើយពី ចាន់ ហៅ បុល អនុអនុសេនាតូច ឃ្លាំងរដ្ឋជ្រោយចង្វារ ថាៈ នៅក្នុង ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ចាន់ ហៅ បុល បានចូលរួមបំផ្លាញអំបិល អង្ករតាម ការចាត់តាំងរបស់ ហៀក ហើយបានចូលរួមលួចកាំភ្លើងអាអ៊ែ-១៥ ចំនួន ៥ដើម ហើយយកទៅអោយឈ្មោះ ឆន។
