On September-14-1973, Khmer Rebels installed an artilery in Mebon of northern zone, Prey Veng. At that time, the enemy recruited 1000 youth from the age of 18 to study special military strategy in attempt to attack Prey Veng capital.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ១៤-កញ្ញា-១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមបានតាំងកាំភ្លើងធំមួយដើម នៅមេបុនក្នុងភូមិភាគខាងជើងនៃខេត្ដព្រៃវែង។ សព្វថ្ងៃឧទ្ទាម កំពុងតែជ្រើសរើសទ័ពបន្ថែមចំនួន១០០០នាក់ ទៀតសុទ្ធតែយុវជន កេ្មងៗចាប់ពីអាយុ១៨ឆ្នាំ ឱ្យមកហាត់រៀនវិជ្ជាយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រពិសេសក្នុង គោលបំណងប្រុងវាយលុកយកក្រុងព្រៃវែង។
