Yem Phin, a national security agent in Phnom Penh, bailed his nephew named Yem Chantha who had been arrested in Neak Loeung on his business trip Prey Veng-Phnom Penh, Phnom Penh-Prey Veng. Phin assured that Chantha was really innocent and guarantied the future action of Chantha.
ញ៉ែម ភិន ជាភ្នាក់ងារសន្ដិសុខជាតិភ្នំពេញហើយត្រូវជាឪពុកមារ របស់យ៉ែម ចន្ថាបានធានាឈ្មោះយ៉ែម ចន្ថាដែលបានធ្វើដំណើរ រកស៊ីចេញចូលខេត្ដព្រៃវែងមកភ្នំពេញត្រូវបានចាប់ខ្លួននៅអ្នកលឿង ថាពិតជាកេ្មងស្លូតត្រង់ហើយសូមធានាគ្រប់យ៉ាងបើកាលណាកេ្មងនេះ ប្រព្រឹត្ដដោយបទអ្វីប៉ះពាល់នឹងច្បាប់រដ្ឋនៅថ្ងៃមុខទៀត។
