Ros Van, a combatant in unit K2, Kh1, Kh23 of battalion, region 23, defected to national troop on April-17-1974. The person had joined the enemy in 1971 and became a combatant. In 1973, the person was assigned to study military strategy in region 23. In 1974, before he defected he had had malaria.
រស់ វ៉ន ជាយុទ្ធជនអង្គភាពក២, ខ១, គ២៣ នៃកងវរសេនាធំ២៣ តំបន់២៣ ត្រូវបានចុះចូលកងទ័ពជាតិ នៅថ្ងៃ២៧-មេសា-១៩៧៤។ សាម៉ីខ្លួនចូលបម្រើខ្មាំងតាំងពីឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ជាកងឈ្លប។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ត្រូវបានគេចាត់តាំងឱ្យទៅរៀន ផ្នែកយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រនៅតំបន់២៣។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ មានជម្ងឺគ្រុនចាញ់ ក្រោយពីជាក៍បានភៀសខ្លួនចូល កងទ័ពជាតិ។
