On September-07-1973, a person named Sao Lak, a former Viet Minh Khmer in Koh Tral island, came to collect 8 Vietnameses families in Mov village, Prey Nup district, in order to get them to live in Koh Tral. In this case, his task was from to collect villagers so as to seperate them to live far away each other such as Khmer people had to live in Chhouk district, Kampot province; Chineses had to live in Kampong Chen village; and Vietnameses, in Koh Tral island.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ៧-កញ្ញា-១៩៧៣ ឈ្មោះសៅ ឡាក់អតីតខ្មែរយៀកមិញ រស់នៅកោះត្រល់បានមកប្រមូលអណិកជនយួនចំនួន៨គ្រួសារ នៅភូមិម៉ូវ ស្រុកព្រៃនប់ឱ្យទៅនៅកោះត្រល់ ជាពិសេសប្រមូលអ្នកស្រុកឱ្យរស់នៅ ដាច់ពីគ្នា គឺខ្មែរឱ្យទៅរស់នៅស្រុកឈូក កំពត, ចិនឱ្យទៅរស់នៅភូមិ កំពអ់ចិន ចំណែកយួនឱ្យទៅរស់នៅកោះត្រល់។
