On September-12-1973, 2 frog-men, of Viet-Cong included Lok, mobilized by boat from Tralach island of Trapeang Ropao to Kampong Svay village and traveled by car to Trapeang Khyang village. The enemy attempted to go to Kampong Som, via Koh Tres, in order to stage sabotage in Kampong Som port.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ១២-កញ្ញា-១៩៧៣ មនុស្សកង្កែប២នាក់របស់យៀកកុង ក្នុងចំណោមនោះមានម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ ឡុក បានធ្វើចលនាតាមកាណូត ចេញពីកោះត្រឡាចក្នុងភូមិត្រពាំងរពៅ មកកាន់ភូមិកំពង់ស្វាយរួចបន្ដ ដំណើរតាមរថយន្ដមកកាន់ភូមិត្រពាំងខ្យង។ ខ្មាំងមានគោលបំណង ប្រុងបន្ដដំណើរមកកាន់ក្រុងកំពង់សោម តាមកោះតេ្រះដើម្បីធ្វើវិចេ្ឆទ កម្មមកលើកំពង់ផែក្រុងកំពង់សោម។
