On October 31, 1973, Khmer Communist transported weapons and ammunitions by trucks from Kampong Speu and took them to hide at Prek Kunthea. In the mean time, they distributed 100 guns to newly-formed soldiers in Bak Chen Chien, with the aim of conquering Pursat province by first attacking Wat Luong.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៣១-តុលា-១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដបានដឹកជញ្ជូនអាវុធ និងគ្រាប់រំសេវជាច្រើន តាមរថយន្ដចេញពីកំពង់ស្ពឺ មកលាក់ទុកនៅ ព្រៃគន្ធា។ ខ្មាំងបានយកកាំភ្លើង១០០ដើម ចែកឱ្យទ័ពដែលទើបបង្កើត ថ្មី នៅភូមិបាក់ចិពោ្ចៀន ក្នុងគោលបំណងវាយខេត្ដពោធិ៍សាត់ ដោយ វាយលុកពីវត្ដលួង មុនគេ។
