On October 29, 1973, a mobile work brigade of 200 forces including Khmer rebel and militiaman moved from their base to assist their old group about 100 soldiers assembled in the battlefield. Their aim was to attack the national army base at Cham Lak and Kamring.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៩-តុលា-១៩៧៣ កងចល័តខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមចម្រុះកងឈ្លប ប្រហែល២០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់អាវុធ បានធ្វើចលនាចេញពីកន្លែង ដើម្បីទៅធ្វើជាជំនួយដល់កងទ័ពចាស់ ដែលតាំងនៅកន្លែងសមរភូមិ មានចំនួនប្រហែល១០០នាក់។ គោលបំណងខ្មាំងប្រុងវាយប្រហារ ទីតាំងកងទ័ពជាតិនៅចំលាក់ និងកំរីង។
