On September 11, 1973, So Phal, Khmer rebel secretary, organized a meeting in Kunthea village of Talou sub-district, Pursat, attended by all district, sub-district and village committee and 50 commanders. The meeting decided to burndown Tunsay pagoda in Boeng Khna and assasinate chief of monk in that pagoda because that chief of monk supported and supplied national troop. They determind to destroy that pagoda or they would not be able to seize control of national troop's base in Boeng Khna. The Enemy had attacked the base many times but they weren't be able to seize control of that place.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១១-កញ្ញា-១៩៧៣ ឈ្មោះ សូផល ជាលេខាធិការនៃ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមបានកោះប្រជុំគ្រប់គណៈកម្មាភិបាលស្រុក ឃុំ ភូមិ និងគ្រប់មេបញ្ជាការកងឯកភាពចំនួន៥០នាក់ នៅក្នុងភូមិព្រៃគន្ធា ក្នុង សង្កាត់តាលូ ពោធិ៍សាត់។ កិច្ចប្រជុំបានសមេ្រចថានឹងដុតបំផ្លាញ វត្ដទន្សាយ ស្ថិតនៅបឹងខ្នារ ព្រមទាំងធ្វើគតព្រះគ្រូចៅអធិការវត្ដ នេះផង។ ដោយហេតុព្រះគ្រូនេះជួយឧបត្ថម្ភដល់កងទ័ពជាតិយើង។ ខ្មាំងបានសមេ្រចជាឯកច្ឆ័នថានឹងកមេ្ទចវត្ដនោះឱ្យបាន បើមិនសមេ្រច ទេកងទ័ពវាមិនអាចនឹងវាយយកទីតាំងការពារកងទ័ពជាតិយើងនៅ បឹងខ្នារ បានឡើយព្រោះខ្មាំងបានសាកល្បងវាយប្រហារប៉ុន្មានលើកមក ហើយតែពុំសមេ្រចសោះ។
