Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
On August-21-1973, a Khmer Rebels named Thaong Soeun, commander of battalion 148, ordered his soldiers to forcibly gathered boats, ships and ox-carts for use in the transportation of foodstuff to supply the enemy troops. The boats and ox-carts the enemies seized belong to villagers in Sambo, Dauch Loek, Srah Chhouk, Sre Prey, Chak Angka and Thma Dab villages in Sambo subdistrict, Mongkul Borei district, Battambang province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ២១-សីហា-១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមឈ្មោះថោង សឿន ជាមេបញ្ជាការវរសេនាតូចលេខ១៤៨ បានបញ្ជាឱ្យកេណ្ឌទូក កប៉ាល់ យកមកដឹកស្បៀងអង្ករ ត្រីសាច់យកទៅផ្ដល់ដល់កងទ័ពខ្មាំង។ ទូក និងរទេះគោដែលត្រូវខ្មាំងកេណ្ឌជារបស់អ្នកស្រុកនៅភូមីសំបូណ៍ ភូមិដូនឡឹក ភូមិស្រះឈូក ភូមិស្រែព្រៃ ភូមិចាក់អង្ករ និងភូមិថ្មដាប់ ក្នុងសង្កាត់សំបូរ ស្រុកមង្គលបុរី ខេត្ដបាត់ដំបង។
