សារាចររបស់ ម-៨៧០ ចុះថៃទី១៦-១០-១៩៧៦ បានផ្ញើទៅ គ្រប់មន្ទីរ អង្គភាពនៅក្នុងក្រុងភ្នំពេញ សី្ដអំពីការយកសំរាម ទៅចាក់ចោល និងការធ្វើអនាម័យសំអាតអង្គភាព និងមនី្ទររបស់ខ្លួន និងការសំអាតទីក្រុង។
