On February 16, 1976, about 55 armed forces and 6 commanders in squad 17 made position in Au Dam By and Au Prol, under the political section, but we didn't success, so we prepared a fighting-plan. Talking about situation in Kon Rok, we can contact with each other well and they told us that if sombody enter into their office, they will shoot them. In this case, we asked for the addition of ammunition.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ពួក«៧» បាននាំទ័ពមកបោះ នៅត្រង់អូរដាំបាយ និងអូរប្រុលប្រមាណ៥៥នាក់ និងមេបញ្ជាការ ៦នាក់។ កន្លងមកយើងបានតស៊ូនយោបាយជាប់ តែមិនបានសមេ្រច ទើបយើងបានរៀបចំផែនការវាយវាតែម្ដង។ ចំណែកសភាពការនៅ កូនរកយើងទាក់ទងគ្នាបានដដែល ហើយវាប្រាប់យើងថា តែចូល មន្ទីរវាៗបាញ់ហើយ រឿងឱ្យដកវាលែងនិយាយហើយ។ ហេតុនេះ ស្នើរផ្ដល់គ្រាប់កាំភ្លើងមួយចំនួនផង។
