Internal situation on March 13, 1976, 14 armed forces were wounded by Mines and M79 bullets, during they were operating. One soldier of battalion 134, which was located in Phnom Penh, stole something from commercial warehouse because he was unsatisfied with drawing his position, and he acted againstt it. There was tumoil of attitude between male and female,so there was corruption. About rice problem in Battambang we requested to Angkar to send those rice to region. Please give recommendation on those problems.
សភាពការណ៍ផ្ទៃក្នុងថ្ងៃទី១៣ មីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ មានរបួស១៤ ដោយត្រូវគ្រាប់ធីណៃ និងគ្រាប់មីនពេលកំពុងធ្វើការប្រយុទ្ធនៃកង វរៈសេនាតូច ១៣៤ ដែលបោះទីតាំងនៅភ្នំពេញ បានចូលលួចសម្ភារ នៅឃ្លាំងពាណិជ្ជកម្មមូលហេតុឈ្មោះនេះមិន ពេញចិត្ដនឹងការដក តំណែងហើយក៏ធ្វើសកម្មភាពប្រឆាំង។ បញ្ហាសីលធម៌មានភាពច្របូក ច្របល់រវាងនារីនឹងបុរស បញ្ជាក់ឱ្យឃើញថា វាមានការពុករលួយ អាវាសែឡើងវិញ។ បញ្ហាទំនាក់ទំនងស្រូវនៅបាត់ដំបង កន្លងមក
