The meeting of permanent committee on March 26, 1976, was about the result of negotiation with Vietnam. Vietnamese said Muy and Saom village, were invaded by Khmer Rouge Army by forcing Vietnamese people to flee their home leaving many people dead and injured.
អង្គប្រជុំគណៈអចិន្ដ្រៃយ៍ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៦ មីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ស្ថីពី លទ្ធផលនៃការចរចារជាមួយវៀតណាម។ វៀតណាម និយាយថា នៅភូមិមុយ និងសោម ពួកកងទ័ពខ្មែរក្រហមានចូលទន្ទ្រានដីនៅទីនោះ ដោយដេញប្រជាជនវៀតណាម ឱ្យថយចេញ ហើយបានដោត ដាក់ចម្រូងលើដីខ្លួន ធ្វើឱ្យទ័ពវៀតណាមស្លាប់ និងរបួសជាច្រើន។
