Comrades Pang, and Pin, reported on medical issue, conscripting problem, and other. Angkar's recommended medical workers to have revolutionary morals, and pay attention to patients, especially never favored one's own unit. They hanged on slogans in hospital. It meant that ''great leap forward revolutionary morals, destroy Non-revolutionary stand-point, try to educate Technology, build up a new department with bathrooms and electricity. If there is line, we wall paint on the building''.
