Comrade Oeun,in polotical section of Division 310 reported that the previous letter which sent to brother was Phon's letter. It was not Phong's letter. Oeun was appointed to meet Koet, and received a assignment letter by Angkar, but he didn't meet him. According to the report, a person, Koet, was staying in hospital because he had ague and swollen diseases. In this case, I decided to allow him to stay in hospital in order to restrain him from escaping. Comrade Koen, was unhappy with Angkar, and had taken a looted radio without reported to Angkar. Please, brother decide weather to allow him to stay in hospital or spy him. Yesterday, one patient who got head injured during his eacape and his background was clearly Known.
សមមិត្ដអឿន ផ្នែកនយោបាយនៃកងពល ៣១០ បានរាយការណ៍អំពី លិខិតដែលជូនបងពេលមុនគឺជារបស់មិត្ដ ផុន ទេ មិនមែនឈ្មោះ ផុង ទេ។ បានទៅជួបឈ្មោះ កើន តាមមតិអង្គការហើយបានទទួល លិខិតមួយច្បាប់ តែមិនឃើញឈ្មោះ កើន ទេ។ តាមការរាយការណ៍ មកមិត្ដ កើន នេះកំពុងដេកពេទ្យ ហើយមានជម្ងឺគ្រុន និងកើត ហើម។ ដើម្បីសម្រួលខ្ញុំបានសមេ្រចឱ្យដេកពេទ្យឱ្យជាសិន (ដើម្បីកុំឱ្យ រត់)ហើយបញ្ហាមិត្ដ កើន នេះ មានសតិអារម្មណ៍ ព្រោះបានយក វិទ្យុជ័យភ័ណ្ឌប្រើដោយមិនបានរាយការណ៍ជូនអង្គការ។ ស្នើបង សមេ្រច តើឱ្យទៅ ព.រ ឬឱ្យខ្ញុំតាមដានបន្ដ។ ល្ងាចមិញមានរត់ម្នាក់ ពិការក្បាល ប្រវត្ដិមិនអីទេ។
