Comrade Chhin, inpotical section of Division 310, reported on educating situation in which he raised up about 5 documents as following:
1- Perspective on Kampuchea current situation 2- Politics as a new strategy mean of socialism, and to bestablish socialism in Democratic Kampuchea. 3- buildup, enhance, and expand party spirital stand-point depend on labor class stand-point of party. 4- document-statue of Kampuchea Communist Party 5- Background and bio-perspective of people. According to these documents, we understood that Khmer had connection with American Empire, Soviet, Vietnamess. So far, we have been weak in spirital-vigilance and political spirital stand-point. - The youth of both gendar have not educated the political sprital indoctrination. Instead, farming-activities were mostly forcussed on. We don't understand about America Empire, Russia and Vietnam's purpose which they attampted to attack us. Specially, Rassian and Vietnamess wanted to control Kampuchea. Laboring issue was not deeply concemed. Revolutionary's moral wes low. Speaking manner was inresponsible. Aggressive attitude was done to the people. សមិមិត្ដ ឈិន ផ្នែកនយោបាយនៃកងពល ៣១០ បានរាយការណ៍ពី សភាពការណ៍រៀនសូត្ររយៈពេលកន្លងមកមានឯកសារ ៥ៈ
១-ទស្សនៈ សភាពការណ៍កម្ពុជាបច្ចុប្បន្ន។ ២- មាគ៌ានយោបាយជាយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រថ្មីនៃបដិវត្ដន៍សង្គមនិយម និងកសាងសង្គមនិយមនៅកម្ពុជាប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ។ ៣- កសាងពង្រឹង-ពង្រីកគោលជំហរសតិអារម្មណ៍របស់បក្សឱ្យកាន់ តែរឹងមាុំតាមគោលជំហរវណ្ណៈកម្មកររបស់បក្ស។ ៤- ឯកសារលក្ខន្ដិកៈបក្សកុម្មុយនិស្ដកម្ពុជា ៥- ឆ្លងប្រវត្ដិរូប និងជីវទស្សនៈប្រជាជន។ ចំពោះឯកសារទាំងអស់ នេះ បងប្អូនយល់ច្បាស់នូវទស្សនៈសភាពការណ៍ចំពោះចក្រពត្ដិ។ អាមេរិក សូវៀត វៀតណាម មានការទំនាក់ទំនងនឹងកម្ពុជា។ ដូចេ្នះ បងប្អូនមានការខ្វះខាតកន្លងទៅមិនសូវប្រុងប្រយ័ត្នទេ ពិសេសខាង គោលជំហារនយោបាយសតិអារម្មណ៍មិនបំពាក់បំប៉នដល់យុទ្ធជន យុទ្ធនារីច្រើន តែសង្កត់សង្កិនលើបញ្ហាបង្កបង្កើនផលច្រើន។ ផ្នែក សតិអារម្មណ៍ក្ដាប់មិនបានចំពោះគោលបំណងចក្រពត្ដិអាមេរិក និង សូវៀត, វៀតណាម ដែលប៉ុនប៉ងវាយយើង និងជាពិសេសសូវៀត និងវៀតណាមដែលចង់គ្រប់គ្រងកម្ពុជា។ បញ្ហាការចុះពលកម្ម គឺចុះ មិនទាន់ជ្រៅ នៅប្រយោល សីលធម៌មិនរាបសារបដិវត្ដន៍ ការ និយាយស្ដីមិនទាន់ទទួលខុសត្រូវ ចំពោះចរិតលក្ខណៈច្រើនឆេវឆាវ ច្រងេងច្រងាងមិនរាបសារបដិវត្ដន៍ដាក់បងប្អូន។ |
