Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Comrade 89, received a report mentioning one small size plane which flew at the height of 10 Km and 260 Km from the rada. It flew from Siam across 8 Kms at the west of Toch Vier island. It also flew across 2 Km at the east of Pouluwaii and it disapeared at Vietnamese sea. It flew at the speed of 1,080 Km/h. After that there was another large size plan flying at the height of 8 Kms, 255 Km far from rada. It flew from Thailand to Vietnam. It was seen on Thai gulf. If flew across the Northeast part of uier Island for 8Km, continued to the East part of wai Island for 16 Km, and to Thai gulf for 200 km at the speed of 820 km per hour.
សេចក្ដីរាយការណ៍ មួយផ្ញើឱ្យបង៨៩ អំពីការឃើញយន្ដហោះមួយ គ្រឿងធុនតូចហោះកំពស់ ១០គីឡូម៉ែត្រ ចម្ងាយពីរ៉ាដា ២៦០គីឡូ ម៉ែត្រ ហោះចេញពីសៀមរាប កាត់ខាងលិចកោះតូចវៀរ ៨គីឡូម៉ែត្រ កាត់ខាងកើតកោះប៉ឡូវ៉ៃ២គីឡូម៉ែត្រ ទៅបាត់នៅឈូង សមុទ្រយួន ចម្ងាយ ២៨៣គីឡូម៉ែត្រ ហោះក្នុងល្បឿន ១,០៨០គីឡូម៉ែត្រ។ ក្រោយមកឃើញយន្ដហោះមួយទៀត ធុនធំហោះកម្ពស់៨គីឡូម៉ែត្រ ៩០០ ចម្ងាយ ២៥៥គីឡូម៉ែត្រ ពីរ៉ាដា ចេញពីសៀម ទៅយួន ឃើញលើឈូងសមុទ្រសៀម ហោះកាត់ខាងជើងកើតកោះតូច វៀរ២គីឡូម៉ែត្រ ហើយបន្ដហោះ កាត់ខាងកើតកោះវ៉ៃ១៦គីឡូម៉ែត្រ ទៅឈូងសមុទ្រសៀម ចម្ងាយ ២០០គីឡូម៉ែត្រ ក្នុងល្បឿន៨២០ គីឡូម៉ែត្រក្នុងមួយម៉ោង។
