Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Report of Comrade Pheap, sent to Brother 89, reported on enemies's situation and people's situation. The enemies took no action. As for, they tried to learn polities all day and night and respect well working-discipline in both city and country but they just missed their homes and their families. In the city, the people built fences surrounding material warehouse, and in countryside, about 250 people, were digging canals. Most of people got fever. The next goal is to build fences, and did farming as well as dig canals. The people who lived in countryside had to work from 4:00 am until 10:00 am, and in aftrenoon they had to work from 4:00 pm until 10:00 pm. Specially they must join the livelihood meeting at midday. In city, the people had to work from 7:00 am until 10:00 pm.
សេចក្ដីរាយការណ៍របស់សមមិត្ដ ភាព ផ្ញើឱ្យបង៨៩ ស្ដីអំពីសភាព ការណ៍ខ្មាំង និងសភាពការណ៍ប្រជាជន ខ្មាំងគ្មានសកម្មភាពទេ។ ប្រជាជនខំរៀននយោបាយទាំងយប់ទាំងថ្ងៃ គោរពវិន័យល្អទាំងការ ងារនៅក្នុងទីក្រុង និងនៅស្រែ ប៉ុន្ដែគ្រាន់តែមានអារម្មណ៍នឹកផ្ទះ និង គ្រួសារខ្លះ។ ការបង្កបង្កើនផលនៅក្រុងបានធ្វើរបងបិទបាំងឃ្លាំង សម្ភារ។ នៅស្រែជីកប្រឡាយមានកម្លាំង ២៥០នាក់។ ប្រជាជន ភាគច្រើនឈឺដោយជម្ងឺគ្រុនក្ដៅ និងរាគមួល។ ទិសដៅបន្ដ គឺការធ្វើ របងបន្ដទៀត និងធ្វើស្រែជីកប្រឡាយ។ នៅក្រុងធ្វើការពីម៉ោង ៧ៈ០០ ព្រឹកដល់ម៉ោង២២ៈ០០។ នៅស្រែធ្វើការពីម៉ោង៤ៈ០០ ភ្លឺដល់ម៉ោង១០ៈ០០ព្រឹក ហើយល្ងាចពីម៉ោង៤ៈ០០ រសៀល ដល់ម៉ោង១០ៈ០០យប់។ ចន្លោះពេលថ្ងៃ រៀនសូត្រប្រជុំជីវភាព។
