A Comrade Mut, wrote and sent a letter to brother 89 in which he raised up about the situation of bandit which they mingled with villagers in Viel Renh village. The process of buiding houses and halls were going well. Comrade Mut, went to meet brother Se in order to ask him for transltors. About 1,250 people had malaria, and a person died in hospital and 120 people were serious patients.
សមមិត្ដ មុត បានសរសេរលិខិតផ្ញើមកឱ្យបង៨៩ ពីសភាពការណ៍ ចោរព្រៃបន្លំខ្លួនជាមហាជននៅវាលរេញ។ បញ្ហាសង់ផ្ទះ និងរោងនៅ តែដំណើរល្អបង្គួរ។ បានទៅជួបបង សែ និងសុំអ្នកបកប្រែ។ បញ្ហា ប្រជាជនគ្រុនចាញ់ចំនួន ១២៥០នាក់ ពលីកម្ម ១នាក់ នៅពេទ្យ និងឈឺធ្ងន់ ១២០នាក់។
