In 1968, Sann Soeun aka Khun, assistant of division 920, joined CIA under the indoctrination of Doeun in Kampong Cham. After that, he built up a force named Khuon Phirun and linked with Lean. In 1970, Lean assigned Khun to hide in the revolutionary line in order to build up more forces. In 1976, network Ya and Chhin made contact with the Vietnamese.
សាន់ សឿន ហៅ ឃុន ជំនួយការកងពល ៩២០ បានចូល សេអ៊ីអា នៅកំពង់ចាមនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៦៨ តាមការអប់រំរបស់ ឌឿន។ បន្ទាប់មកកសាងកម្លាំងបាន១នាក់ ឈ្មោះ ឃួន ភីរុន ហើយភ្ជាប់ ខ្សែជាមួយ លាន។ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧០ លាន បានចាត់តាំង ឃុន អោយ បង្កប់ក្នុងជួរបដិវត្ដ ហើយ ឃុន បានកសាងកម្លាំងជាបន្ដបន្ទាប់។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ បក្សពួកយ៉ា និង ឈិន បានទៅទាក់ទងវៀតណាម។
