Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Comrade Sim, reported to Bang 89 on enemies situation. Both external and internal situations had no action. And about agricultural production sitation, there were 2 battalions doing farmings at Prey Sor and completely built 2 Killomettres of big canal and 4 killosmetres of small canal. The combatants in a battalion were sowing with 8 sacks frice in Chroy Changvar. As for factory section, they started to repair 2 ships at floating factory. Six ships were completely built, and one ship was not completely built because sawing machine was broken. As for patient situation, 278 patients got diarrhea, 8 patients were in hospital and 4 patients were in battalion.
សមមិត្ដ ស៊ីម បានរាយការណ៍ឱ្យបង៨៩ ពីសភាពការណ៍ខ្មាំង។ សភាពការណ៍ទាំងក្រៅ និងទាំងក្នុងគ្មានអី្វប្លែកទេ។ សភាពការណ៍បង្ក បង្កើតផលមានកម្លាំង២វរៈសេនាតូច នៅធ្វើស្រែនៅព្រៃស ជីក ប្រឡាយបាន ២គីឡូម៉ែត្រ និងប្រឡាយតូចបាន ៤គីឡូម៉ែត្រ។ ខាង ជ្រោយចង្វារបានព្រួសស្រូវឡើងទឹកអស់ពូជ៨បាវ កម្លាំងធ្វើមាន ១កងវរៈសេនាតូច។ សភាពការណ៍រោងចក្របានចាប់ផ្ដើមជួសជុល កប៉ាល់សណ្ដោង២គ្រឿង នៅរោងចក្របណ្ដែតទឹក។ ការដែលសង់ កប៉ាល់ មិនទាន់ហើយ ដោយសារម៉ាស៊ីនអាឈើខូច។ យើងធ្វើ កប៉ាល់បាន៥០គ្រឿង ចំណែកមួយគ្រឿងទៀតធ្វើបានពាក់កណ្ដាល។ សភាពការណ៍ជម្ងឺឈឺច្រើន រួមមាន ២៧៨នាក់ ឈឺរាគជាច្រើន។ នៅពេទ្យរបួស៨នាក់ និងនៅវរៈសេនាតូចរបួស ៤នាក់។
