Authority in region 24 captured Vietnamese, who had mingled with local people in region 249, Preah Sdach district because they threw grenades for interrupting the process of building up dikes. The one who was responsible for the accident was a second lieutenant with 20 subodinators from South of Vietnam. In region 23, Vietnamese used 2 tractors to come in, but the tractors were destroyed by mines. In reginon21, Vietnamese had built up a path across our territory. The path was about hundreds of kilometres from North to South. We had warned them but they did not stop doing so would like to have comment from Brother.
