កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
San Saung aka Sam, 27 years old, was born in Chen Village, Prasat Andet Sub-district, Sotr Nikum District, Siem Reap Province. Sam was a former monk. In mid-1970, Sam joined the Vietnamese Army in Porpork Village, Kampong Thom Province and later was convinced by Ly to enter the White Khmer. In 1972, Sam joined the mobile work brigade of the revolution in Northern Zone. In 1975, at a time when Sam's unit was transferred to Phnom Penh, Sam was nominated as Deputy Chief of Big Cell 11 of State Warehouse. In 1977, Angkar transferred Sam to Production Cell in Boeng Chumpun "State Warehouse". Angkar made his arrest until February 20, 1978.
សាន សូង ហៅ សំ អាយុ ២៧ ឆ្នាំ ស្រុកកំណើតនៅ ភូមិចិន ឃុំប្រាសាទអណ្ដែត ស្រុកសូត្រនិគម ខេត្ដសៀមរាប។ សំ អតីត អ្នកបួសជាសង្ឃ។ នៅពាក់កណ្ដាលឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ សំ ចូលធ្វើកងទ័ព វៀតណាមនៅភូមិពពក ខេត្ដកំពង់ធំ ហើយត្រូវបានឈ្មោះលី អប់រំឱ្យចូលធ្វើខ្មែរស។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ សំ បានចូលបដិវត្ដ ធ្វើយោធា កងចល័តរបស់ភូមិភាគឧត្ដរ។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ អង្គភាពរបស់ សំ ផ្លាស់ មកនៅភ្នំពេញ ពេលនោះ សំ មាននាទីជាសមាជិក កងតូចទី៣។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ឈ្មោះ លី អប់រំ សំ ឱ្យទៅជាខ្មែរស ក្បត់បដិវត្ដ ហើយក៍ចាត់តាំង សំ ជាអនុប្រធាន កងធំទី ១១ ឃ្លាំងរដ្ឋ។ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៧ អង្គការដក សំ ឱ្យមកធ្វើជាយុទ្ធជនកងផលិតនៅបឹងជំពុន«ឃ្លាំងរដ្ឋ»រហូតដល់ថ្ងៃ២០-២-១៩៧៨ ត្រូវអង្គការចាប់ខ្លួនតែម្ដង។
